The TOCICO Announces the Premier CCPM Training Event of the New Year 2015

Managers and executives all over the world that have been implementing Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) are getting good results. However, many are still searching for that breakthrough solution that will enable them to complete projects even faster with significantly lower costs. The TOCICO offers an opportunity to do just that at their TOCICO Intensive How-To Labs Series being held in February 2015.

Denver, CO, October 31, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization (TOCICO) is offering an exceptional opportunity to all those interested in augmenting their understanding and implementation skills with CCPM. This CCPM training event is being held as part of the TOCICO Intensive How-To Lab Series in Scottsdale, Arizona from February 9-12, 2015.

The lab, Creating a Project Factory Using CCPM: How to manage less and achieve more in projects (February 9 & 10) is being facilitated by Sanjeev Gupta, Realization Technologies Inc., and Skip Reedy of CCPM Consulting LLC., and has been developed specifically to teach managers and executives who want to create real and substantial positive change in their businesses and organizations how to do so utilizing CCPM.

The 2 day workshop will expose attendees to the experiences and the lessons learned from implementing CCPM in more than 300 organizations, in projects ranging from research and product development to construction and aircraft maintenance and they will gain an understanding of how these organizations have designed and implemented a repeatable process for executing and managing projects, allowing them to consistently complete their projects 20% to 50% faster and with 10% to 30% lower costs.

In this session, the TOC Experts will cover not only the foundational principles of Critical Chain Project Management, but also how to apply and implement them in real world projects. Participants will also learn how to estimate the improvement potential in their organization, how to get organizational buy-in and how to "pilot" the ideas and, time permitting, there will also be a discussion on how to meaningfully integrate CCPM with Earned Value Management, Cost Management and Scope Management.

The facilitators have indicated that this Lab is designed for managers and executives who want to change the reality rather than learn the theory. And, since complicated solutions don't sustain, the workshop emphasis is on keeping it simple - even if it means sacrificing the theoretical best.
