He specializes in Insurance Defense and Professional Errors and Omissions, Civil/Commercial Litigation (Specialist LSUC), Administrative Tribunals, and Insurance Wordings and Interpretation. Mr. Lapowich is the author of numerous articles, insurance papers and past CBAO and Law Society papers. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Advocates Society, DRI (Voice of Defense Bar), the Advocacy Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Insurance Institute. He is also a member of The Queen’s Counsel. Mr. Lapowich earned a B.A. with Honors from the University of Western Ontario and an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School. In his leisure time he enjoys sports and reading.
