Walt Kuchinski Joins Groove Management as Co-Principal

Charlotte, NC, February 20, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Groove Management L.L.C is pleased to announce the addition of Walt Kuchinski as co-Principal. In this role Walt joins Brian Formato, principal and founder of Groove Management to lead the firms human capital practice.

Walt brings over 30 years of corporate HR leadership and human capital consulting expertise to Groove Management. His corporate experiences include overall leadership of the human resource function for several global organizations in addition to significant talent-related roles during service at UBS Securities, Bank of America, Wachovia, Citicorp and IBM. Walt has also been a Principal and Partner in three retained executive search firms where he focused on senior-level engagements with an emphasis on diversity search. He has led complex consulting engagements for many of the world’s largest organizations, focused on human capital strategy, transformation, change management, technology selection and assessment, talent management and post-merger integration work. Additionally Walt is a senior faculty member for the University of Phoenix in Charlotte.

Walt holds an MBA with honors from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science with honors from Pace University.
