Newnan, GA, April 25, 2015 --(PR.com)-- The Cole's Cystic Fibrosis Family Foundation (CCFFF) is to be featured this Saturday on The Sportsman Channel, April 25, 2015, airing at 8:00pm EST. The foundation will appear on the TV show Team Trophy Quest, bringing awareness to the families affected by Cystic Fibrosis.

Cole's CF Family Foundation is dedicated to assisting CF families with financial aid for paying bills, medicine and hospital stays. They also will assist with any questions about Cystic Fibrosis and access to support groups. All of the Board Members and Officers are volunteers, so all monies donated go directly to the families who have been devastated by Cystic Fibrosis.

"Our organization is dedicated to improving the lives of those with Cystic Fibrosis and their families. Our mission is to bring awareness to this disease and ease the financial and emotional stresses of those coping with it,” says Michael Walden, Chairman of the Board.

The Cole's Cystic Fibrosis Family Foundation was founded in 2014, and was named after Cole Croteau, who passed from the disease at age 17, and Kyle Cole, who recently received a double lung transplant.
