Lark’s Song Hosting Second Annual Day of Aliveness Leadership Training Event

Marion, IN, July 22, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Marion-based leadership training business Lark’s Song is hosting their second annual Day of Aliveness, an event with the purpose of educating and equipping its participants with everything that they need to know to start on the path towards living a life guided by holistic wellness through group sessions. The event will take place on Saturday, July 25, 2015 at the Lark’s Song office at 401 South Washington Street with sessions taking place from 7:00am to 10:00pm.

The Gallup Organization, a performance-management company that focuses on customer engagement and well-being, has highlighted the five most important indicators of well-being: physical, community, social, financial and career. Each of the coaching sessions held at the Day of Aliveness focus on empowering participants to achieve greater levels of well-being in each of these areas to ultimately improve the overall quality of their life.

Each of the Day of Aliveness sessions are held by two Lark’s Song Certified Life Coaches and span a variety of activities including yoga, creativity boosting and coping strategies. Following the end of the coaching sessions, a collaborative benefit concert featuring local poets, artists and musicians will be held to top off the day.
