Three Northern Companies Partner to Drive Productivity and Efficiency Gains in the Social Housing Sector

Leeds, United Kingdom, April 14, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Three Northern companies have revealed how they’re working together to deliver productivity and efficiency gains in the social housing sector. With the government's plans to develop a 'Northern Powerhouse' to redress the North-South economic imbalance, this is a good example of how northern companies can work together successfully to deliver value in the region.

Antivia, a Leeds-based business intelligence software company, and Musgrave Analytics, a Sheffield-based boutique analytics firm, have been working with Together Housing Group, a leading northern-based social housing group, to develop and deliver a performance management framework.

The framework provides an easy way for staff at all levels across Together Housing Group to get a consistent view of the numbers that drive their success. These numbers include return on capital employed, repair and maintenance costs, average re-let days and projected annual turnover.

Together Housing is a group of six individual housing associations across the north.
