NAREB Las Vegas Hosts First 3-Part Luxury Real Estate Series
Las Vegas, NV, August 18, 2017 --(PR.com)-- The Nevada Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) invites Las Vegas real estate professionals to attend a three-part series focused on opening the doors to the luxury real estate market. The NAREB Luxury Series kicks off on Thursday, September 7, 2017, 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at BMW of Las Vegas - 6900 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89117.
The NAREB Luxury Series, sponsored by Amerifirst Financial Inc., the Las Vegas Review Journal, Ticor Title and BMW of Las Vegas, will provide valuable insights to real estate professionals on effective techniques to break into the luxury real estate market and the expectations of affluent clients.
“There is a growing demand for luxury real estate professionals. It’s a unique market and requires insight into the world of affluent clients,” said Shanta Patton, President of NAREB Las Vegas. “This series will provide real estate professionals with the opportunity to network, develop techniques, and receive tips and advice from the best of the best in the Las Vegas luxury market,” Patton added.
The first series will start on September 7th with keynote speaker Kimberly Parker, Vice President of Advertising & Niche Publishing at the Las Vegas Review Journal, followed by an image consultant. The speakers will provide a fresh perspective on perception vs reality and brand identity vs brand image in the digital world.
The second and third presentations in the series will include a thought-provoking panel with top producing luxury real estate agents in Las Vegas on September 14. The final event in the series, scheduled for September 21, will be a luxury bus tour to a collection of million dollar homes in Summerlin, McDonald Ranch, and Lake Las Vegas.
“It is important to NAREB that we ensure training and educational opportunities are available to our entire membership across the many disciplines we represent. NAREB Las Vegas is the first to institute this type of educational series. I look forward to this becoming an industry stand,” Patton explained.
The event is free to NAREB members who represent both REALTORS® and affiliate real estate industry professionals in the Las Vegas area. A portion of proceeds will be donated to a local charity.
