Key Scales Ford Supports Team Tyrin in Relay For Life

Key Scales Ford has joined Relay For Life to sponsor Team Tyrin. The event will take place from 2:00pm-10:00pm at Lake Sumter Community College located at 9501 US Hwy 441, Leesburg, Florida 34788.
Relay For Life in conjunction with the American Cancer Society is a community fundraising event that raises money for the fight against cancer. The event raises awareness and support for cancer survivors, those currently fighting cancer, and an opportunity to remember loved ones who were victims of cancer. Relay For Life events are held in more than 5,000 locations in over twenty different countries each year.
Teams of 10-15 people are built for each Relay For Life event. The event is a walk for cancer, where for 6-24 hours team members take turns walking the designated track throughout the duration of the event. Each team must have one member on the track at all times to signify that cancer never sleeps and to encourage patients to not stop fighting.
