West Palm Beach, FL, August 22, 2018 --(PR.com)-- The Women’s Chamber of Commerce began their new year fiscal year with a statement, “This isn’t your mother’s chamber,” said newly installed chamber board president, LeAnna Carey founder of Women Who Innovate. Since being installed at the Croquet Club in July, the board and members have not looked back. “We must work together to create an environment of equal opportunities...men must be willing to change business cultures and address the barriers that prevent female advancement,” said James Gelfand, executive manager of Sandhill Crane Golf Club, and the first ever man on the board. “Women Mean Business...there is not a better time than now for men and women to work together to create new opportunities and gender equality for future generations.
