Greensboro, NC, October 15, 2018 --(PR.com)-- On Oct. 15, 16 and 18, Association Management Group (AMG), the Carolinas’ leading community association management group, will again share winning strategies for making HOA leadership easier and more effective with community executive board leaders in North and South Carolina. In its second year, the popular Community Leaders Seminar is designed to facilitate board success with a blend of expert speakers and engaging videos on association management.

This year’s event will cover topics ranging from dealing with difficult homeowners to compliance issues and processes, building relationships through excellent communication skills to insurance and transfer of risk. Participants will also receive a helpful handbook of tactics for navigating challenges and efficiently managing an HOA.

AMG President and seminar creator Paul Mengert, alumni of and frequent speaker at Harvard Business School, brings more than 30 years of association management experience to the lively and hard-hitting series.

“We are committed to delivering what HOA boards say they need in today’s busy community leadership world,” Mengert said. “We asked board leaders what they wanted, we brainstormed winning tactics from our collective expertise, and we tailored an evening of eye-opening strategies and solutions that will take the headache out of community leadership. We are excited to take this excellent resource on the road to community leaders.”

The dinner seminar begins in Greensboro/Winston-Salem NC on Monday, Oct. 15, 6:30 – 9 p.m. at the PTI Marriott.
