Las Vegas, NV, April 13, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Mazur & Brooks has been retained by and represents Vicki Gunvalson (“Gunvalson”) in a lawsuit filed against Defendant David Brooks Ayers (“Ayers”) seeking $266,541 in damages, plus punitive damages, attorneys’ fees and costs (the “Lawsuit”).

Attorney Michael D. Mazur alleges that “Gunvalson is seeking $266,541 in damages in the Lawsuit against Ayers based upon claims of fraud, misrepresentation, breach of contract. In the complaint, Gunvalson alleges that Ayers entered into a series of loans wherein Ayers intentionally misrepresented to Gunvalson that he would promptly repay the funds borrowed from Gunvalson, when in fact, Defendant knew his statements were false and had no intention of ever repaying any of the money he borrowed. Defendant Ayers allegedly made the false representations intending to induce Gunvalson into making the loans.”
