Edward Lehman Presented China University of Politics and Law Lehman Law Scholarship Awards

PR.com)-- Edward Lehman, managing director of Lehman, Lee & Xu, proudly presented the 2008 China University of Politics and Law Lehman Law Scholarship on Wednesday, April 16, 2008. Ten scholarships were granted to the following students: Liang Jiaolong, Liu Jiaxin, Wang Qingyu, Yin Wen, Tan Yongchao, Guo Hainan, Tang Yiqi, Zhang Yi, Liu Mei, and Qi Dan.
The scholarship winners were selected on the basis of their academic performance, community involvement, and contribution to the university.
The scholarship winners will also participate at an internship at Lehman, Lee & Xu this summer. “I have made it a part of my life’s mission to promote the rule of law in China, and a crucial part of that mission is supporting legal education,” said Mr. Lehman. “By training young lawyers, I hope to promote a society where all people are able to access justice in the court of law."
