Keller Williams’ Coaching Division Wins Accolade

MAPS department secures distinct honor at PRISM awards

Austin, TX, May 11, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Keller Williams Realty International announced its coaching division, known as Mega Achievement Productivity Systems (MAPS) made history at the PRISM Awards in Atlanta on April 29th. Keller Williams has the singular honor of being the first real estate company to be nominated for the PRISM Award, presented by the Georgia Coach Association, for the outstanding work and results of its MAPS department.

The MAPS department distinction did not stop with being among the 11 semi-finalist companies vying for this mark of respect. MAPS advanced as a finalist in the prestigious competition along with three other outstanding companies. Among the other deserving finalists were Old Mutual, CompuCredit and Wachovia Bank. In addition to the entire MAPS department being honored, Atlanta resident and MAPS coach, Cheiri Lowry, received an individual honor for Excellence in Coaching by the Georgia Coach Association.

“We are thrilled to be recognized as a department and for all of our team’s hard work,” Dianna Kokoszka, Vice President of MAPS, said. “This award means that MAPS is touching people and striving toward the mission of helping our clients build careers worth having, businesses worth owning and lives worth living.”

A presentation showcasing the department’s benefits, goals and vision was delivered in Atlanta on April 29. The presentation coincided with one of MAPS’ premier event, Masterminds, which took place in Austin from April 28 through May 2. During Masterminds, Kokoszka flew to Atlanta on the evening of April 28. After delivering a crowd-pleasing presentation, she returned to Austin on the following evening to resume facilitation of breakout sessions the next morning.

“It was an exhilarating experience and one that was extremely rewarding,” noted Kokoszka. “This was history in the making, coupled with what many called, ‘the best Masterminds ever’ ― what a testimony to the department and to Keller Williams.”

At the Masterminds event in Austin, Mary Tennant, President and Chief Operating Officer of Keller Williams Realty International announced the extraordinary honor. Tennant proclaimed that, “Since Dianna has joined us at Keller Williams, our world has never been the same.” She went on to note that, “Every single associate has a better career today because Dianna took over the MAPS department.”
