PR.com)-- Delta City Belgrade, the first international shopping center in Serbia, has been named Retail Project of the Year at the annual Europaproperty.com awards for Southeastern Europe.
Delta City features world-class facilities and boasts big-name anchors, including Zara, Marks & Spencer, Esprit, New Yorker, Bestseller and Sport Impuls. The mall features a Maxi supermarket, a Ster Cineplex, a bowling alley by Kolosej and a Tehnomarket store.
The exclusive leasing agent for the mall was Colliers International Serbia. In total there are more than 120 tenants, including famous names like Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Pull & Bear, Mexx, Mango, Morgan, Max & Co, Intimissimi, Mothercare, Sephora, Coin Casa and Costa Coffee.
Delta is the leading shopping mall developer in Serbia and the region. Currently, Delta is undertaking work on another ground-breaking mall in Belgrade, Delta Planet, that will be a regional shopping venue, and the first mall in Montenegro, Delta City Montenegro in Podgorica, which is due for opening this summer.
