Relatip.com - the Social Network for Intellectual Property Professionals Officially Launched

Ramat Gan, Israel, June 01, 2008 --(PR.com)-- "Intellectual Property networking goes online", says Relatip.com CEO after the official launch. Relatip.com is the first online community for Intellectual Property attorneys and other practitioners. It has been officially launched at the International Trademark Association annual meeting held a week ago.

Relatip.com is a joint venture of a patent and trademark attorneys' law firm and a software company. It is a social network which allows each IP professional to register and then to write a blog, upload video content, ask and answer questions at the professional forums, and be updated with the recent news and events in the field.

"Social networking at the IP field already happens" says Relatip.com CEO Zeev Fisher. It happens off-line in professional conferences, in emails and via telephone conference calls. However, no tailored platform for this purpose exists. Relatip.com is the first.

The official launch was a great success. Around 800 attorneys expressed interest in registering, numerous interviews were recorded in video by the company's team, and even the organizers (International Trademark Association) expressed their appreciation.
