Dr. Marie A. Mastria, PHD, CLC had been practicing clinical psychology for over ten years when she discovered the then budding field of life coaching. She studied for certification and began consulting and coaching in the specialties of executive, life and wellness coaching. After discovering that there was a need to provide commuters with solutions for a happier, healthier commute she has devoted her time to developing the Commuter-Assist website (http://www.Commuter-Assist.com), E-Courses and E-Books all with the intention of allowing commuters to arrive renewed, relaxed, and rarin’ to go.
