Scanning solutions can be either Windows server/client applications or Web browser, both using SQL database with unlimited number of users (we do not charge on a per seat basis).
MailS@fe seamlessly integrates with Outlook and is a server/client network solution enabling all e-mails that have either been sent or received companywide to be searched for, retrieved in their original format and viewed. By using a SQL database on the server all e-mails are filed in one central place.
FlickThru is a complete Client File solution and includes the manual process of scanning in-bound documents, and all electronic documents such as emails together with electronic routing to interested parties, processing documents via a 'post room' scenario.
