The Optimist Club of Downtown Flint Will be Hosting This Year’s "Respect for Law" Annual Luncheon at the Genesee Area Skill Center, Monday May 3rd, 2010 at 12:00 Noon
This is an annual event held by the Optimist Clubs of Genesee County. Police chiefs in Genesee County and the surrounding area give their nominations for the police officer of the year. The award is given to the officer who has contributed great public service within the community through their heroism. Stimulated a sense of civic responsibility, understanding of the law and encourages a greater respect for law. - April 25, 2010
