Steinle, DC founder of Health and Harmony Chiropractic announced the conversion to electronic health records (EHR). “We have been converting our chiropractic clinic over to a digital record keeping system,” said Dr. Steinle. EHR is a paperless, secure system of maintaining patient data. The system reduces documentation errors while providing a platform to communicate with other health care professionals.
