Independent Security Evaluators ("ISE"), a Baltimore, Maryland based information security consulting business, has hired Casey Pittock as CEO. Mr. Pittock is a former exeuctive of Philips, and was the founder of TelCARE Systems. ISE was founded by Dr. Avi Rubin, a full professor and the Technical Director of the Information Security Institute at the Johns Hopkins University.
