The Chef teams at the Beach Bistro and Eat Here will present favorite selections from their menus. The tasting menu will include Chilled Applewood Smoked Shrimp, One Helluva Soup, Lamb Loin with Hudson Valley Fois Gras, Sweet Neck Farms Oyster Pan Roast and Confit of Duck Leg.
