2nd Annual Winter Festival at Evergreen Lake

Evergreen Park & Recreation District invites snow lovers and athletes to the 2nd Annual Winter Festival at Evergreen Lake, sponsored by Never Summer, on Sat., Feb. 9. The Festival features a Ski and Snowboard Rail Jam, Ice Bike Race, Fishing Derby, ice skating and more, just 35 minutes from Denver. Enjoy competitive snowman building, the Snow Castle Play Area, Snowflake Circus, snow slide, sleigh rides, dogsled rides, music, food, drink and more -- finishing with fireworks at night. - January 19, 2013
