The Civilized Small Dog is a new dog training course offered by Port Chester Obedience Training Club in White Plains, NY starting on May 12, 2013. Registration is open now. Taught by Diane Podolsky, CPDT-KA, CTC, the class is designed to prepare Westchester’s small dogs for summer travel and outdoor dining this spring and summer, meeting the needs of pet parents who love taking their small dogs with them everywhere they go. - April 30, 2013
