Kraemer Land Company and Planet Home Living, announce their purchase of a parcel entitled for 15 single-family, small-lot homes in the Eagle Rock submarket of Los Angeles. The approved plans for the development, called PR15M, comply with the City of Los Angeles Small Lot Ordinance, which classifies the structures as single-family detached homes; qualifying residents for preferred financing and protection against Home Owners Association dues. Kraemer Land Company Acquires 9 Acres to Develop Semi-Custom Homes in Del Mar, CA
Kraemer Land Company, a Southern California-based integrated real estate firm, announced its purchase of The Enclave at Del Mar Mesa, a 9.06-acre parcel in San Diego County’s Del Mar Mesa Specific Plan with an approved tentative tract map to build. The property was acquired from The Ernest D. Silberger Trust for approximately $4.4 million and is mapped for nine semi-custom home sites, with east and west views toward the Pacific Ocean.
