Collection Agency Obtains BBB Accreditation

United Collection Bureau, Inc. (UCB) announced today the company is now an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Accreditation with the BBB is by invitation only to companies demonstrating sound business practices, including the BBB Code of Business Practices representing sound advertising, selling and customer service practices that enhance customer trust and confidence in business. Only 5% of the 12,770 collection agencies in the United States are accredited by the BBB. - February 12, 2014
