Local Deaf Organization Premiers Documentary at The Little Theater
After completing a year-long journey through 8 different countries, Discovering Deaf Worlds co-founders Christy Smith (CBS Survivor: The Amazon) and David Justice are back in Rochester, NY. They will premiere their first documentary, Discovering: Shuktara, at The Little Theater on July 22nd. - July 19, 2009

New Zealand, Australia, Japan, China, Thailand, India, Nepal, and Kenya are a few of the countries Christy Smith, Deaf contestant from “Survivor: The Amazon” and Dave Justice, an ASL/English interpreter and Deaf advocate, will visit. Through their partnership organization, Discovering Deaf Worlds, they will raise awareness of worldwide Deaf issues by connecting international Deaf communities. - September 06, 2007
