District 7 councilman Tito Jackson is hosting and event for Arkansas Federation of Democratic Women. Arkansas Democrats were the first to forcefully condemn the inappropriate and insensitive comments made in the wake of the Boston Bombing by Nate Bell - a Republican state representative.
