Tuition-Free Online Agonal and Other Breathing Problems Program
Given the several recent high-profile incidents where suspects have told police officers "I can't breathe," the Institute for the Prevention of In-custody Deaths, Inc. (IPICD) has announced a tuition-free online program through its IPICD Online Training Center, "One Breath: The Importance of Recognizing Agonal & Other Breathing Problems User-Level Program."
