Changing Lives Together, Inc. (CLT) is a 501(c)(3) community-based nonprofit organization that was established 2013 in Hampton, VA and was founded on the principle of helping those in need. CLT will be hosting a youth conference at the Crowne Plaza Marina Hotel. “Dream the Big Dream” Youth Conference supports children of incarcerated parents.
