Today, the Portland-Guadalajara Sister City Association (PGSCA) announced an opportunity to give a unique and enduring gift to loved one this Valentine’s Day. Beginning now through Feb. 14, 2009, the PGSCA invites the public to sponsor a “Rose in Guadalajara.” A tax-deductible donation of $50 or more in the name of one’s self, a loved one or a colleague will support maintenance of a rose bush in Jardin Portland.
