The American Council of Engineering Companies of New York will be honoring the NYC Department of Design and Construction (NYC DDC) and the Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC) through named Awards of Merit, each with a $5,000 scholarship, at the EEA Gala on March 28, 2015.
