“Dark Reel” is a film within in film and on top of that, the pre-production is a story in itself. Take one privileged young man (Director, Josh Eisenstadt) from a well heeled suburb with dreams of directing. Add an ex-gang banger (Producer, David Forline) equipped with nothing more than bravado and chutzpah.
