Claro Guatemala Launches Text-to-Landline Service with TeleMessage
TeleMessage Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Messaging International Plc, the AIM traded provider of innovative messaging services, has signed an agreement with Claro Guatemala to launch its Text-to Landline service. Claro, a subsidiary of America Movil Group, is the largest mobile carrier in Guatemala with over 4 million users. This agreement to launch Text-to-Landline services will allow Claro subscribers to send a text message from a wireless phone to any landline phone in Guatemala. - July 28, 2008
