Gridley Medical Building is Complete
In tough economic climates, medical practices can still thrive. The development of team of Dennis J Lynch PA and Sunderland Associates has completed the Gridley Medical Building in Naples, Florida. Its success will grow though a concept of "tenant as a partner ownership." This commercial development was modeled after a successful ownership arrangement of another building built in 2000, called the Brennan Medical Building. - June 27, 2009
