Savem, LLC Introduces Inventive New Child Safety Tool, Called Plugeez™ That Claims to Minimize Shock Risk and the Difficult Removal of Protector Outlet Plugs

Savem, LLC a Troy, MO based company, claims to have come up with a new inventive device to assist parents and caretakers to remedy the problem of missing and sometimes difficult protector plugs over electrical outlets, by lessening the hardship of removal, and securing the plug near the outlet.

Lake St. Louis, MO, August 14, 2008 --(PR.com)-- The safety plugs are intended to protect the electrical outlet; therefore they make a barrier to contend with when the electrical outlet is needed. Unfortunately for Parents, Home Professionals, and Child Providers, choosing to protect with common Plastic Protector Plugs over electrical outlets, sometimes meant sacrificing convenience to protect the children.

Savem, LLC, claims that Plugeez™ should appeal to Parents, Guardians of children, Daycares, Pre-schools, House Cleaners, Grandparents, Doctors, Carpet Cleaners, Baby Proofers, and Home Inspectors. Their claim is that when properly used, Plugeez™ can assist in minimizing the risk of misplaced plugs due to the placement of the safety plug near the outlet. They claim that before this product was made available, a consumer had to place the plug on the ground, the counter, or somewhere, opening up the possibility of misplacement.

Once You Use It, You Will Never Lose It™ is Plugeez™ catchphrase and has gotten some National Media attention when the President, Raymond Ordoukhanian was filmed via webcam for the Donny Deutsch CNBC show "The Big Idea."

According to the producers, the catchphrase and product caught the producer’s attention. Savem, LLC, stated that catchphrase has double meaning as follows: One: Savem, LLC believes that once the consumer starts using the product, any missing plug problem should be eliminated. Two: Savem LLC also believes that once the consumer starts using the product, they will realize the benefit of eliminating the hurt fingers problem that comes with attempting to remove the sometimes difficult protector plugs.

According to the President of Savem, LLC, Raymond Ordoukhanian, the entire project was done within the U.S.A. through a referral system in the St. Louis, Mo. region.

“It really is an interesting account how each professional referred us to another professional that had something to offer along with another referral. The whole process was completely remarkable when you think about how detailed each one of these experts are when it comes to their field of expertise for product development. From the Computed Aid Designer, the Rapid Prototyper, Mold Maker, Mold Injector, Package Designer, Clam Shell Packager, to the Patent Attorney, there is an entire network out there all through referrals. Partly, I credit them with being able to keep this product manufactured in the U.S.A.,” explained Raymond Ordoukhanian, Founder and Owner of Savem, LLC.

According to Savem, LLC, Patents Pending Plugeez™ was created by a current patent owner/inventor, President of Savem, LLC, Raymond Ordoukhanian, out of concern for his own two year old child. He did the vacuuming in the home and realized all the missing plugs. According to the President of Savem, LLC, Raymond Ordoukhanian, one day he found his son curious with an open socket attempting to pry something into it. He realized this was one of the sockets he just used for vacuuming, which now had a missing plug. To follow that, his Wife told him to pick up more plugs at the store. He stated that he realized this was a dilemma, because they had just moved into a new home only a year earlier, and already he was going out to purchase more plugs. On a secondary note, he stated that he realized the stress he felt each time he went to plug in, dealing with the barrier created by the plug.

In his final statement he concluded that all these factors lead up to the initial idea and conception for the product.

Plugeez™ through Savem, LLC has been made available through www.plugeez.com and, according to Savem, LLC, will soon be made available through many retail outlets.
