Fuentek President Participates in Defense & Security Technology Accelerator Task Force

Schoppe, president of the firm, participated in the Defense, Intelligence and Security Industry Workforce Cluster Task Force for the Defense & Security Technology Accelerator (DSTA) (www.dstanc.org) on June 11. The goal of the task force was to discuss how universities can better prepare the workforce of tomorrow, specifically in the area of defense contracting in North Carolina. All task force participants had defense contracting or military backgrounds. Schoppe shared experience from her extensive work with Navy combat systems and missile intelligence, as well as Fuentek’s current work in economic development through technology transfer.
