“Restoring the Joy of Motion®: Treatment Options for Severe Knee Pain” Seminar by Dr. Manuel T. Banzon to be Held at CentraState in Freehold, New Jersey

Orthopedic surgeon Manuel T. Banzon, MD, will present a free educational seminar on total knee replacement and treatment options for severe knee pain on August 28 at the CentraState Ambulatory Campus. Dr. Banzon is a partner at Advanced Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Institute in Freehold, New Jersey. Freehold, NJ, August 24, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Orthopedic surgeon Manuel T. Banzon, MD, will present an educational seminar sponsored by DePuy Orthopaedics, “Restoring the Joy of Motion®: Treatment Options for Severe Knee Pain” in the Star & Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus Conference Center Auditorium at CentraState Medical Center in Freehold, New Jersey. The seminar will be held on Thursday, August 28 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., includes a buffet dinner from DePuy and is free and open to the public.

Dr. Banzon will cover topics such as osteoarthritis, treatment options, when knee replacement should be considered, the consequences of delaying treatment, and the advantages and disadvantages of knee replacement. Advancements in knee replacement will be discussed, focusing on computer-assisted minimally invasive surgery and the latest knee implants designed and manufactured by DePuy Orthopaedics.
