Senior Living Communities Welcomes Stranburg as Wellness Director

Senior Living Communities, a leading provider of retirement communities throughout the southeast, is pleased to announce the hiring of Kelly Stranburg for the newly created position of Wellness Director.

A native of Alleghany, NY, Stranburg graduated with honors from St. Lawrence University with a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Leisure Studies and attained a Master of Education in Applied Exercise Science.

As the new Wellness Director, Kelly will be responsible for the development and implementation of an all encompassing wellness program that addresses the mental, physical, social and spiritual natures of both the residents and employees of Senior Living Communities.

Stranburg brings a wealth of fitness experience to the Senior Living Communities team as a personal trainer, instructor and manager. Prior to joining Senior Living Communities, Stranburg served as the Corporate Fitness Manager for Philip Morris Cabarrus, Proprietor and Personal Trainer at Fit in an Hour, Personal Trainer at The Chevy Chase Club and Fitness Director at Kingstowne in Alexandria, VA.
