First Company to Receive an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) in Belize

Belize City, Belize, September 05, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Astrum Helicopters announced today the receipt of its Air Operator Certificate (AOC) – BCAR OPS 3 – 001. This is the first Air Operator Certificate issued under the new regulations for Belize.
