The personnel being the core value for Intellias, the top-management together with HR department have reached a decision to organize a series of trainings for its employees.

The first part of the corporate training course, Team-Building, has been devoted to the issues of coherence and coordination of corporate ideas, delegation of tasks and powers, decision-making as well as principles of communication and cooperation. High emphasis has been placed on communication barriers and effective task management. The theoretical section has been accompanied by group presentations and role games.

The second part of the training course, Time Management, has drawn attention to the problem of time and duty analysis, as well as distribution between self- and system-imposed time. Since the timely delivery of the projects is one of the corporate fundamentals at Intellias, the managerial personnel should not only concentrate on effective coordination of efforts, but also on careful scheduling of the tasks. Furthermore, every employee should possess high level of self-organization, clear understanding of the assigned tasks and through comprehension of his/her contribution role to the overall company performance. In order to reach better intercommunication, the trainers have actively applied discussions and case studies.

The further issues for discussion would include Corporate Culture and Strategic Management and Motivation.
