The Knowledge Congress Has Scheduled a Live Webinar on AS No. 5

New York, NY, September 17, 2008 --(PR.com)-- The Knowledge Congress, the leading producer of regulatory focused webinars, announced today that it has scheduled a live webinar on AS No. 5. This two-hour event is scheduled on Friday, January 30, 2009, at 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM (ET – New York).

Recently, the PCAOB issued AS No. 5, which supersedes AS No. 2. This regulation will provide guidance to companies establishing internal control audits that are integrated with audits of financial statements. Companies should be very familiar with this process in order to stay in compliance.
