Ninth Annual Client Conference a Success

Crouch, Slavin & Company Announces Name Change at Annual Conference

Tulsa, OK, September 21, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Crouch, Slavin & Company, a leading professional services firm offering HRMS and accounting applications to businesses in the Southwest, hosted their ninth annual client conference, Solutions, August 20-21 at the Cherokee Nation Casino & Resort in Tulsa, OK. This year’s theme was “Signs of Success.”

During the opening welcome from Gary Crouch, president, he announced a corporate name change. “We are pleased to announce our new corporate name of CS3 Technology,” said Gary. The impetus for the name change stems from the recent i.c. bleu acquisition as well as moving into more international opportunities and national markets. The “CS” represents the “Crouch, Slavin” from the original firm name and firm founder’s, Gary Crouch and Shawn Slavin. The 3 represents the three pillars of success, which are: Our “Clients” benefit from our “Expertise” applied to “Technology.” Rebranding will take place over the next month.

Following Gary Crouch’s opening remarks, attendees learned from Camille Quinn, attorney and business consultant, about the value of investing in business relationships. From there, attendees could choose to attend break-out sessions from one of three options in each timeslot. Sessions were led by various members of the CS3 Technology team as well as industry experts. Session topics ranged from product information to various business topics such as marketing, business succession planning and building teams. The first day wrapped up with a reception and Texas Hold ‘em Tournament.

The second day kicked off with a keynote presentation on fraud protection given by Elaine Dodd, vice president of Oklahoma Bankers Association’s Fraud Division. Attendees again had the opportunity to choose various break-out sessions throughout the day. A hands-on learning lab and sponsor area were open both days for attendees to visit. The conference wrapped up with a fun game of “Let’s Make a Deal!”

Solutions was attended by nearly 110 customers and prospective customers from across the country in addition to 22 speakers and sponsors. A special acknowledgement goes to Sage Software for their support of the conference as well as Gold Sponsor, Altec, Inc., an enterprise document management solution.

Next year marks the 10th anniversary of Solutions. The conference will be held August 19-20, 2009.
