Whole Foods Market Welcomes Chef Christopher Tong of My Private Chef

Executive Chef Christopher Tong of the upscale Chicago-based private gourmet dining service, My Private Chef, will make his first appearance at the Whole Foods Market Lakeview, 3300 North Ashland Avenue, Chicago. He will conduct a "Simple But Elegant Dining" cooking class on Wednesday, October 8, 2008 from 7-8:30 p.m. The cost is $50 per person.

Pesto-marinated Salmon fillet baked in parchment paper over wild rice blend,
topped with julienne vegetables, Shiitake mushrooms and white wine

Strawberries with 3-year old Balsamic vinegar and ground black pepper
