TriTech SBDC Funding Conference Shows Entrepreneurs How to Find Financing to Succeed

TriTech funding conference will allow attendees an opportunity to speak with angel investors, learn the A to Z's of raising capital, watch two deal reviews and learn what it takes to get investor attention. Workshops will cover debt financing, SBA loans, securing equity funding, bootstrapping and intellectual property.

Riverside, CA, September 26, 2008 --(PR.com)-- The TriTech SBDC, an economic development program of Riverside Community College District, will sponsor a funding conference for entrepreneurs who want to learn how to obtain financing for their businesses on October 16, 2008 from 9:00 to 3:00 PM at the Riverside Marriott Hotel, 3400 Market St. in Riverside, Calif.

TriTech SBDC is a program partially funded by the U.S. Small Business Administration, the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office, and California State University Fullerton and is extended to the public on a non-discriminatory basis.

According to Mark Mitchell, TriTech Director, attendees will have an opportunity to speak with angel investors, learn the A to Z's of raising capital, watch two deal reviews and learn what it takes to get investor attention. Workshops will cover debt financing, SBA loans, securing equity funding, bootstrapping and intellectual property.

“Getting funding has always been tough but in today’s economy, it’s even harder. Entrepreneurs need all the help they can get to increase their chances of finding money; attend this event, it’ll help,” said Frank Peters, Chairman, Tech Coast Angels.

With offices in Irvine and Riverside, TriTech specializes in knowing the capital, skilled labor, marketing, and business requirements unique to high technology companies. While TriTech provides much needed expertise and support for companies already in business, seventy percent of TriTech clients are in their early stages of development.
