Implementing Regulations for the Labor Contract Law of China: Unofficial Translation Released by Grandall Legal Group

Beijing, China, October 03, 2008 --(PR.com)-- On Wednesday, Grandall Legal Group, a leading Chinese law firm, issued its unofficial English translation of the Implementing Regulations for the Labor Contract Law of the People’s Republic of China. The Regulations, which were officially promulgated on September 18, 2008, should have a significant impact on all businesses in China, both foreign and domestic alike.

On January 1, 2008, the Labor Contract Law of the People’s Republic of China (LCL) became effective, resulting in widespread changes in labor policy for all companies and other affected organizations.
