This new incentive scholarship and music program, will help bring new jobs and classes in inner city communities so students can learn discipline, how to read music, play musial instruments, sharpen their skills, treat others with dignity and respect instead of being truant and getting into trouble.

The Don Alesante' Fashion & Music Group LLC. (D.A.M.G. Records) and (CEO) Mr. Dante T. Chestnut Sr. AKA “The Govna” who is also the (Founder) of The C.H.I.L.L. Program 501c3 non-profit foundation, (GM) of Music Powers I-Media and supporting politicians, teachers, publicists, recording artists, such as Mr. Cirocco Jones, Alvin Speights, who have sold over 150 Million records, Alex Toole, National recording artists DA-Union, Film Maker Mrs. Cathy Irby Durant, Genetta Klopner, (Publicist) Jayme St. Claire, (Celebrity Manager) Sonya Pruneda, (PR) Pauline Clements, (MPS Supervisor) Cedric Banks, Actor / Rapper Marcello Jones, (PR) Shardae Floyd, Chris Brown, Def Jam recording artists 334 Mobb, and a litany of other Grammy Award winning celebrities and exetutives have all come together and are ready to raise awareness and the funding needed through a multitude of cultural diverse charity concerts and events in Wisconsin and in other cities across the country, to help carry out this mission, which is to keep young children focused on staying in school and graduating.

The CHILL Program's committee ultimate goal is to bring back music programs in inner city public middle and high schools and provide financial assistance to provide schools with qualified music instructors, musical instruments, digital recording equipment, computers, laptops, books, etc. The CHILL Program plans are to also offer students a special "C.H.I.L.L." Program Scholarship for those who qualify, as a tangible incentive for coming to school, staying out of trouble and graduating, to help give students and parents that feel left out more hope for their child getting a chance to go on to college.

This scholarship is for students of all races and genders who live in inner city communities, who have respect for authority, a strong desire for a better education and for success. Don Alesante Music Group artists will help provide a safer environment for residents living with in inner city communities also who may just want to participate in classes such as: learning how to record music, play music instruments, compose music or become a musical conductor or want to further their education as well.

This initiative will bring people together and provide new jobs in inner city communities. Both students and parents will be provided the space as well as a chance to learn how to read, play musical instruments, participate in competitions, jazz and symphonic bands, shapen their own vocal or instrument skills in special after school programs at a select location.

As a bonus incentive, students who audition and are accepted will then become members of the traveling D.A.M.G. & CHILL Marching 101". When school is out during the summer months, students will get the chance to visit and play with other bands in other cities and continents.
