Once a mindset change has been made then the focus should be on re-engineering your existing real estate investing business to cut costs and leverage the investors time to the most profitable activities.

A real estate investor who is educated and poised to leverage this market can become very wealthy for the foreseeable future based on acquisitions and transactions made today.
