Strategic Marketing Portal in Testing Phase

A Strategic Marketing Portal is being developed and tested by Winn Technology Group.

Q: What is Project Fenix?

A: “Project Fenix is the code name for the strategic marketing portal we are currently developing to complement our core services such as Demand Generation, Event Promotion, and Channel Marketing. Fenix will also be rolled out as a stand-alone product once testing is complete. This Strategic Marketing Portal will provide detailed and real-time reporting to clients, among other benefits.”

Q: How will this product complement your existing services?

A: “In a traditional outsourced Demand Generation campaign where sales opportunities are being identified on behalf of a client, there are aspects of the campaign – such as set-up, scoring, and reporting – that are historically labor intensive. Project Fenix will allow us to automate these (and other) aspects of a Demand Generation, reducing our overhead costs, providing more real-time campaign reporting, and saving our clients time and money. The same will hold true for Event Promotion campaigns, allowing our clients to view and import event registrations almost as soon as they are generated. Channel Marketing campaigns can be very complex, and Fenix will help simplify the entire process.”

Q: What are the key elements of Project Fenix?

A: “For Demand Generation campaigns, Fenix will automate and facilitate improved lead scoring, lead reporting and analysis, lead nurturing 'events', lead validation, lead distribution, and database queries. For Event Marketing programs, clients will have greater visibility into the entire promotion, registration, and qualification processes. On the Channel Marketing side, the client (manufacturer) will have both a high level view of their resellers' campaigns and the ability to 'drill down' to specific partner campaigns. Regardless of the client or type of program, clients will have secure access to their campaign reports 24/7/365 via the web.”

Q: When do you expect to roll out Project Fenix to your clients?

A: “Fenix will be out of the alpha phase at the end of 2008 and available for client beta testing in Q1 2009. Clients who take advantage of beta testing will have access to it free of charge, so we are encouraging each of our existing clients to do so while the offer is still available. For non-clients, we are using Fenix as a strong selling point to use our services.”
