Founded 30 years ago, Arts Horizons is one of the largest professional arts-in-education organizations serving schools and communities in the New York City tri-state area. Annually over 300,000 children, including children with special needs, experience the joy and vitality of the arts through an Arts Horizons program. In June 2008 Arts Horizons opened its LeRoy Neiman Art Center. Located in NYC the Center enables children of all ages to participate in in-depth arts experiences beyond the classroom.

The Reginald F. Lewis Museum of Maryland African American History & Culture is dedicated to sharing the courageous journeys toward freedom and self-determination made by African American Marylanders. Museum leaders hope it will be a place to remember struggles, celebrate accomplishments, and serve as a beacon of pride, hope, and inspiration for all people.
