Vista Realty Partners to Offer Free Housing to Metro Atlantans Troubled by Foreclosure and Unemployment

Vista is offering free housing in Cobb, Fulton and Dekalb counties to individuals and families affected by the current economic crisis in the form of foreclosures and loss of employment.

Atlanta, GA, November 02, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Vista announces a new program to help individuals and families troubled by the current housing and economic downturn. The Atlanta-based multi-family investment and development company is offering individuals who have lost their home to foreclosure or who have become unemployed, six months free housing at one of its metro Atlanta properties.

Vista hopes the program will enable individuals and families adversely affected by the current economic crisis to rebuild credit and offer some relief so they may focus on recovering from their losses.

The program is effective immediately and includes properties located in Cobb, Dekalb and Fulton counties. One, two and three bedroom units will be offered, subject to availability. Qualifying applicants must prove foreclosure or unemployment event having occurred within the last 6 months.

Vista is an Atlanta-based real estate investment company specializing in the operation and development of rental and for sale multi-family housing. Vista has completed nearly 5,000 units since 2000. Vista’s current pipeline includes over 4,000 units under development and construction throughout Atlanta and Florida.
